Returns & Refunds

We want FurFree Nest tools to be useful in real pet homes. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@furfreenest.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Change-of-mind returns

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, clean, and in their original condition. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return, unless local consumer law gives you a longer right.

Do not send items back before contacting us. We will confirm the next steps and return address when your request is reviewed.

Pet-use and hygiene items

For hygiene and pet-use reasons, used items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns unless they are defective or materially different from what was ordered.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received, reviewed, and approved. Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error, defect, or incorrect item.
